I had the apartment which was modern and brand-new. I had a private bathroom and kitchen.

brilliant location - tucked away from the main hubbub yet conveniently close to all the excitement!

Leaving.

It was absolutly disgusting. The extra bedding we requested wasnt there and it took over 2 hours to get it as they didnt have any on site. We were left with only half a role of toilet paper for 5 females. There was a pair of mens dirty underwear in the cupboard. There were stains all over the carpet. The toilet was running and leaking all night. The air conidtioner was blowing dust. It was awful. An email with photos and videos attached was sent to management weeks ago and we still have not had a reply. Disgraceful!!!

Clean,spacious,location,and all amenities.

The second room had a smell to it.The car park that you had to make sure you were on the mark to enter or exit.

Exceptional location, with a variety of restaurants and stores at walking distance. Additionally, public transportation and the airport are very accessible from this hotel.

The receptionist was truly lovely, very helpful and friendly. The convenience of free parking. Clean all through the premises.

Very central location to the Valley, and within walking distance of the city whilst being able to enjoy a more reasonable priced apartment option

The location was great! Very close to restaurants and shops. , parking was available at an extra fee. The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities to have a comfortable stay.

I had an unpleasant experience during my Christmas stay. The apartment was dirty upon arrival, the air conditioning was not working properly, and the sofa was very uncomfortable.

Excellent location, could walk to the valley, very easy to drive to and from, even for travellers using a GPS. Big rooms and surrounded by great restaurants and bars etc. Excellent choice for both young and mature visitors.

The first 4 days the elevator was broken down and we had to walk up the fire escape to the 4th floor, initially dragging our luggage. The room was not well cleaned and had very little in the way of cups and plates, we had to request more from the management. A large pile of laundry was present on our floor for mosrt of our 9 day stay, probably due to the elevator being out of order. We were advised by residents that the elevator had been a problem for several months, it would have been good to be advised of the potential issue before accepting the FV4006 as our accommodation.

Central location, easy access to main roads, close to clubs bars & resturants.

The room was a bit run down & in need of maintenance but clean & tidy.

Had a wonderful stay at Fv4006 Apartments. The location was fantastic and easily accessible to nearby attractions and amenities. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was close to everything

The room wasnt clean The elevator didnt work I had rang and ask if i could pay the hotel before i got there which they said yes and so i did then 1 day before i was to be there they rang and told me i had to give them a $200 deposit.

The location, the view & the bed!!!

We couldnt use the swimming pool as it was dirty (full of dirt/sand on the bottom and leaves and feathers floating on top)

It was convenient staying in this area due to its central locality, surrounded by a variety of restaurants within walking distance. the hotel was only a short distance away from the concert venue I was attending which was great. Being near downtown also proved to be quite beneficial.

The hotel lacked in cleanliness, with reports of dirty dishes, cockroaches and stained carpets.

Hotel is in a good location walking distance to most Fortitude Valley locations. Easy underground parking for 1 vehicle per unit. Perfect place to spend a night with friends while partying in Brisbane.

If you were catching the train into Fortitude Valley it could be a bit of walk up the mall to find FV4006.
